We are delighted that you chose Arlington Place Wedding Decor Rental, llc as your source for your dream wedding day decor. We understand that “things happen”. We will try to accommodate your needs, however, we are a business and must have a policy for cancellations. If you are choosing a different item, we will gladly exchange your current item for your desired items. A price adjustment will be added/deducted from your balance or your credit card on file will be charged or credited accordingly if you do not have an existing balance. Our policy for cancellations is as follows:

Cancellation of the entire event rental at minimum 9 months prior to your scheduled date you will receive a full refund within 30 days of request of cancellation.

Cancellation 6 months prior to your date you will receive 50% of your payment collected within 30 days of request of cancellation.

Cancellation of less than 6 months (as most likely we will not be able to rent these items), no refund is available.

TO CANCEL YOUR DECOR RESERVATION: Please notify Arlington Place Wedding Decor Rental, llc in writing that you are cancelling your decor reservation and please include the current date.

Refunds

Once you have notified Arlington Place Wedding Decor Rental, llc, we will calculate your refund and the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (usually 3-5 business days).

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
